- Later this year, KitchenAid will release their line of “brewer-friendly” coffee makers. These appliances are much more efficient than current market coffee makers, but cost significantly less than your average high-end coffee maker. Look for it in the Q3 if you want the coffeehouse experience but don’t want to break the bank.
- Hoover announced several new additions to their existing lineup of floor care products. New products include a Hard Floor cleaner and an update to their Platinum line.
- Sensio is launching a small kitchen appliances line with famed chef Gordon Ramsay. Expect moderately priced toasters, griddles and moreĀ out later this year.
- The Wall Street Journal has an article about the history of the show, which skipped last year and increased attendees this year. (Subscription Required)
- The New York Times ran an article on the simple and easy-to-use gadgets coming out of the show this year.
